The ACCC released an Issues Paper seeking views on the key issues affecting markets for tradeable water rights in the Murray-Darling Basin.

We welcomed all interested parties to make a submission in response to the Issues Paper or Short-form Issues Paper. The Short-form Issues Paper provides a concise summary of the issues that are explored in the Issues Paper.
Responses to the Issues Paper or Short-form Issues Paper were due by 29 November 2019.
