The Australian Government requires the ACCC to report no less frequently than every six months.
We provided our most recent report to the Treasurer in December 2023. It was published on 15 December 2023. We expect to provide our next report to the Treasurer in June 2024. We may also provide extra information to the market as needed.
The inquiry is to finish with a final report to the Treasurer by 31 August 2025.
