Discussion paper

The ACCC released a discussion paper on 28 February 2022 to seek stakeholder views on:

• Whether there is a need for new regulatory tools to address competition and consumer issues in relation to the supply of digital platform services.
• If reform is needed, options for regulatory reform. The discussion paper includes a list of specific questions for stakeholders about these options.
