Digital platforms inquiry 2017-19

On 4 December 2017, the Treasurer, the Hon Scott Morrison MP, directed the ACCC to conduct an inquiry into digital platforms. The ministerial direction letter and associated terms of reference are attached below.

Note: the Treasurer has agreed to extend the due date for the submission of the final report from 3 June 2019 to 30 June 2019 in a response to a request from the ACCC. The ACCC requested the additional time, until the end of June, to ensure we have sufficient time to consider the proposals and information contained in submissions, and engage with stakeholders.
