The ACCC has approved the forms for data holder and accredited data recipient (ADR) reporting for the purposes of rule 9.4 of the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 (Cth).
CDR participants will be required to complete and submit their reports using the CDR Participant Portal. A submission via the Portal will satisfy the requirement that CDR participants submit their reports to both the ACCC and the Office of Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Reports are to be submitted within 30 days of the end of each six-month reporting period.
The ACCC has included downloadable prototypes of the web-based reporting forms for CDR participants’ reference below.
The ACCC has published a range of guidance to assist participants complete their rule 9.4 reports on the CDR Support Portal. The ACCC’s Compliance Guidance for Data Holders also includes information to help data holders complete their forms.
