The ACCC has published the Consumer Data Right participant on-boarding guide. The guide is for participants to navigate the Consumer Data Right on-boarding process, once they have been accredited (data recipient) or registered (data holder).
The guide contains:
- help resources
- getting started checklist (prerequisites)
- participant responsibilities
- on-boarding process steps.
On 9 October 2020, the ACCC published the CDR draft on-boarding guidance and supplementary information, and sought feedback from interested stakeholders. The consultation closed on 23 October 2020.
Note: Supplementary information was not for review but provided additional context to inform the review process.
The on-boarding guide incorporates feedback from our consultation on the draft on-boarding guide. The on-boarding guide, and associated supplementary information, are now available for data holders and data recipients on the Consumer Data Right website.
