The ACCC has released guidelines on the CDR accreditation process, and supplementary guidelines on the insurance and information security requirements of accreditation.
These guidelines aim to provide information and guidance on accreditation and other participation pathways provided by the CDR Rules and to assist applicants with lodging a valid application to become an accredited person.
We have recently published updated Accreditation Guidelines to reflect recent developments, such as version 4 of the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 (CDR Rules), and to provide guidance on information to be provided as part of an accreditation application.
