Telecommunications transmission capacity service cost model and documentation

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) commissioned Gibson Quai - AAS to develop a Total Service Long Run Incremental Cost (TSLRIC) model for transmission capacity to assist the ACCC’s regulatory role. Following a comprehensive consultation in relation to the model, the ACCC released the final version of the telecommunications transmission cost model in April 2008.
