In July 2019, the ACCC consulted directly with the stakeholders who made submissions to the initial round of consultation on the Facilities Access Code Review. The ACCC sought further submissions on changing the pre-build consultation process, introducing a ‘use it or lose it’ obligation and other emerging facilities access issues.
