Telstra's migration plan required measures 2, 3, 4 and 6

This project page contains Telstra’s submission of required measures 2, 3, 4 and 6 which relate to:

• the process for managed disconnection of copper services on the disconnection date
• the process for managed disconnection of hybrid fibre coaxial (HFC) services
• the process for Telstra to build copper paths at premises which had previously been permanently disconnected, in order to supply special services and special service inputs
• an information security plan on the use and disclosure of NBN Co migration information.

Required measures 2, 3 and 4 were approved by the ACCC on 26 September 2013 and are now part of Telstra’s migration plan. See Measures 2, 3, 4 approved.

The ACCC is currently considering Telstra’s draft required measure 6 – the NBN information security plan.
