Internet Activity record keeping rule

On 18 March 2022 the ACCC released a public consultation paper, draft Division 12 record keeping rule, draft Audit of telecommunications infrastructure record keeping rule and draft Internet Activity record keeping rule documents as part of a consultation process for updating these 3 record keeping rules to reflect the current participants in the market.

Stakeholder submissions closed on Friday 15 April 2022.
