Industry guidance on the carrier separation rules

The ACCC issued a consultation paper seeking views from interested stakeholders on proposed industry guidance on the carrier separation rules in Part 8 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth).

Submissions to the proposed guidance consultation closed Friday 27 May 2022.

The ACCC communicated the outcomes of the consultation and issued final guidance in October 2022.
