On 29 May 2013 the ACCC made a final access determination for the declared Wholesale ADSL Service. A copy of the Wholesale ADSL final access determination is available on the public register of access determinations.

The ACCC has also prepared a consumer fact sheet that explains the wholesale ADSL Service in easy to read language.

The final access determination expires 30 June 2014.

Extension of existing fixed line services and the wholesale ADSL service final access determinations

On 16 April 2014, the ACCC decided to extend the existing the final access determinations for the declared fixed line services (LCS, WLR, LSS, ULLS, PSTN OA (FOAS as of 1 August 2014), PSTN TA (FTAS as of August 1 2014) and the wholesale ADSL service.
