On 30 November 2022, the ACCC released a consultation paper on proposed variations to the Final Access Determinations to reflect changes in Telstra’s corporate structure from 1 January 2023.
On 23 December 2022, the ACCC decided to vary the Final Access Determinations in line with the proposal outlined in the consultation paper.
