Replacement module determination27 Aug 2026
On 27 August 2026, the ACCC published its replacement module determination for the 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029 regulatory cycle (second regulatory cycle), under NBN Co’s special access undertaking (SAU).
This is the ACCC’s first replacement module determination following the SAU’s variation in October 2023. The ACCC has made its determination following extensive engagement with NBN Co, industry and consumer stakeholders in 2025 and 2026.
We have also published our reasons for this determination, as required under the SAU. We have also published supporting advice and reports from our advisors, HoustonKemp and Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA).
