NBN Co's replacement module application 2 Jul 2025
NBN Co provided its replacement module application and supporting documents to the ACCC on 2 July 2025.
The ACCC will consider the replacement module application and supporting documents in making its replacement module determination under the processes detailed in our indicative timetable.
The ACCC published NBN Co’s replacement module application and redacted supporting materials on 24 July 2025, pending consideration of NBN Co confidentiality claims within these and other supporting materials. The ACCC will release further supporting materials as the confidentiality claims are considered so stakeholders should check this webpage regularly for updates.
