NBN Co SAU Replacement Module - Regulatory cycle commencing 2026

On 1 July 2024, the ACCC provided notice to NBN Co specifying the due date for lodging its replacement module application as 2 July 2025. The ACCC also provided a request for information and documents in support of NBN Co’s application.

NBN Co is also required to consult with access seekers and consumer advocacy groups regarding relevant expenditure proposed during that regulatory cycle before lodging its application.

On 3 April 2025, the ACCC issued to NBN Co:

• a notice withdrawing or waiving the requirement for NBN Co to provide certain information or documents in support of its replacement module application, under subclause 5.2(d)(ii) of the NBN Co Special Access Undertaking (the SAU), and
• a request for information and documents under subclause 6.3(a) of the SAU.
