Mobile terminating access service final access determination inquiry - 2014

On 24 August 2015, the ACCC released its final decision on the mobile terminating access service (MTAS) final access determination. 

To assist the ACCC in making this final decision, WIK-Consult provided the ACCC with a revised report on the benchmarking study in response to submissions to the draft decision released in May 2015. The ACCC has released this revised report along with the final decision.

The ACCC also released a final decision on the non-price terms and conditions applied to the MTAS in part of a joint consultation for all declared services. The final access determination instrument which incorporates both the price and non-price terms and conditions for the MTAS is attached to the final decision below and can also be accessed from the ACCC's public registers.

This MTAS final access determination will apply from 1 January 2016 to 30 June 2019.
