Information about the Access undertaking for Emerald Logistics Services Pty Ltd (Emerald)

For the 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2017 regulatory period, the ACCC was the regulator responsible for approving or determining State Water’s (now WaterNSW’s) regulated charges in the Murray-Darling Basin (MDB) under the Water Charge (Infrastructure) Rules 2010 (WCIR).

On 10 June 2014 Airservices submitted a formal price notification to the ACCC proposing new charges for en route, terminal navigation and aviation rescue and fire-fighting services, effective from 1 July 2014.

On 28 June 2013 ARTC submitted a request to vary its 2011 undertaking to the ACCC.

On 17 April 2014, the ACCC commenced a public inquiry into varying the final access determinations for the unconditioned local loop service (ULLS), line sharing service (LSS), wholesale line rental (WLR) service and local carriage service (LCS) to reflect the changes to the scope of fixed line services regulation.

The ACCC commenced an inquiry into whether to extend, vary or revoke the domestic mobile terminating access service declaration, or whether to make a new declaration.

ARTC is required to review the accepted access undertaking five years after the commencement date to determine whether any amendments to the undertaking are required as a result of changes to industry circumstances or Government legislation, rules, or regulations.
