Public inquiry into the declaration of the domestic transmission capacity service, fixed line services and domestic mobile terminating access service

On 21 June 2024, the ACCC released a final report in relation to the declaration of the domestic mobile terminating access service.

As outlined in the final report, the ACCC has decided to extend the declaration of MTAS for a further 5 years with no amendments to the service description.
