The ACCC has made a draft decision to not approve Viterra's application to introduce long term agreements for the allocation of port capacity at its six South Australian bulk wheat port terminals. See: ACCC draft decision to not accept Viterra’s long term agreements
Viterra submitted its application to vary the capacity allocation system on 12 March 2015. Following the release of the issues paper on Viterra's proposal, and the provision of submissions in response, Viterra provided revised port loading protocols on 12 June 2015.
The ACCC invited submissions from interested parties on its draft decision by 31 July 2015.
Viterra provided revised Proposed Port Loading Protocols on 22 September 2015, and then provided an updated version on 10 November 2015.
