GrainCorp Operations Ltd (GrainCorp) is an Australian agribusiness company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

On 22 September 2010, GrainCorp lodged a proposed access undertaking for its port terminal services with the ACCC for assessment under section 44ZZA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) from 1 January 2011). The ACCC ultimately accepted a version of the Undertaking that was lodged by GrainCorp on 20 June 2011.

On 28 July 2013 the ACCC consented to an application by GrainCorp to vary the 2011 undertaking. The variations had the effect of excluding GrainCorp's Newcastle port from most of the obligations of the 2011 undertaking and GrainCorp's Port Terminal Services Protocols.

On 25 September 2014 the ACCC consented to an application by GrainCorp to extend and vary the 2011 Undertaking. The application extended the operation of the 2011 undertaking until the earlier of 30 September 2015 or such a time as GrainCorp was no longer required to have an access undertaking accepted by the ACCC (including the commencement of the mandatory wheat code).
