Interstate Access Undertaking 2024

Undertaking application12 Dec 2023

On 12 December 2023, ARTC provided the ACCC with a proposed access undertaking for the Interstate Rail Network. This undertaking is intended to replace the 2008 undertaking, which is due to expire on 30 June 2024.
