Interstate Access Undertaking 2024

ARTC provided a response to Information request 4 on 7 November 2024.

On 4 October 2024 the ACCC sent a request to ARTC to provide further information to support the assessment of the Proposed Undertaking. The information request covers:

• the Corridor Strategy
• confidentiality of data and reporting
• Maroona to Portland line.

The period from 4 October to 7 November 2024 constitutes a specified period for a response to the notice under subsection 44ZZBCA(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
