Information request 330 Jul 2024
ARTC provided a response to Information request 3 on 20 August 2024. ARTC has provided the table of ITAA changes in both spreadsheet and document form. These are available below. ARTC provided updates on 19 September and 24 October 2024.
On 30 July 2024 the ACCC sent a request to ARTC to provide further information to support the assessment of the Proposed Undertaking. The information request covers:
- the Indicative Track Access Agreement (ITAA) proposed changes
- ITAA and other access agreements
- minimum insurance liability
- commitments to renegotiate under existing track access agreements
- freight volumes.
The period from 30 July to 20 August 2024 constitutes a specified period for a response to the notice under subsection 44ZZBCA(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
