ACCC consultation paper 21 May 2024

On 21 May 2024 the ACCC released a consultation paper inviting submissions on Australian Rail Track Corporation's (ARTC) Hunter Valley annual compliance submission for the 2022 calendar year.

Submissions to the ACCC's consultation paper closed on 17 June 2024. The ACCC received one submission from the Hunter Rail Access Task Force.
