Hunter Valley rail network annual compliance assessment 2019 and 2020

On 16 February 2022, the ACCC released a consultation paper inviting submissions on ARTC's public annual compliance documentation for calendar years 2019 and 2020 (ARTC had committed to using its 'best endeavours to complete the 2019 and 2020 Compliance Assessments as a single submission' in version 8 of the HVAU (Section 4J.10 (g)). ARTC submitted its original documentation in November 2021 and provided revised documents in January 2022 to correct some minor errors. Current and superseded documents, along with a table comparing the November 2021 and January 2022 submissions, are available on the compliance submission page.

Submissions to the ACCC's consultation paper closed on 17 March 2022. The ACCC received one submission, from the Hunter Rail Action Task Force, which is available below under 'superseded submission'.

In May 2022 the ACCC published a revised version of the consultation paper to correct an error in Figure 5.

In November 2022, the Hunter Rail Action Task Force provided a revised version of its submission. This is also available below, under 'current submission'.
