ARTC's further submission9 Dec 2022
On 1 December 2022 ARTC provided its revised further submission to the ACCC as part of the 2019 and 2020 annual compliance process. ARTC provided its initial further submission in October 2022, but provided a revised document in December to account for adjustments to HRATF's submission.
The ACCC will consider ARTC's further submission as part of its compliance assessment. ARTC's December 2022 further submission is available below.
