In April 2009, ARTC submitted an access undertaking application for its Hunter Valley Rail Network in New South Wales to the ACCC. The proposed undertaking was intended to cover the terms and conditions of access for parties seeking to run trains on the rail network.
ARTC withdrew its application from the ACCC's consideration in April 2010.
