On 2 May 2025, the ACCC released a consultation paper proposing to grant Plum Grove Logistics Pty Ltd exempt service provider status in relation to its port terminal facility at Geraldton. One submission was received.
On 1 July 2025 the ACCC released a final determination document confirming that it has determined Plum Grove Logistics Pty Ltd to be exempt service provider of port terminal services in relation to its port terminal facility at Geraldton. The exemption was made by notifiable instrument.
