On 3 October 2025, CHSB Bulk Terminal Pty Ltd applied to the ACCC to be an exempt service provider of port terminal services at its port terminal facility at Geelong.
On 3 November 2025, the ACCC released a consultation paper proposing to grant CHSB Bulk Terminal Pty Ltd exempt service provider status in relation to its port terminal facility at Geelong.
On 22 December 2025 the ACCC released a final determination document confirming that it has determined CHSB Bulk Terminal Pty Ltd to be an exempt service provider of port terminal services in relation to its port terminal facility at Geelong. The exemption was made by notifiable instrument.
