Submissions to interim report26 Feb 2021

The ACCC provided its interim report to the Treasurer on 31 December 2020. The report was published on our website on 28 January 2021.

The ACCC invited stakeholders’ feedback on a range of proposals to increase transparency and competition in the supply of ad tech services.

We requested to receive submissions to the interim report by 26 February 2021. Some submissions were received after this date. Public versions of the submissions can be accessed via the links below. Individuals’ contact details have been removed from submissions (unless requested otherwise).


The inquiry is a public process and feedback (written and oral) will generally be published on the ACCC website.

The ACCC can accept a claim of confidentiality from a party if the disclosure of information would damage its competitive position, the ACCC is satisfied the confidentiality claims are justified, and it is not necessary in the public interest to disclose the information.
