Consumer data right (CDR)

Reporting forms (Rule 9.4)23 Dec 2021

Data holders and accredited data recipients are required to submit biannual reports to the ACCC for the purposes of rule 9.4 of the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 (Cth).
