In anticipation of the rollout of the Consumer Data Right in the energy sector, the ACCC released an energy rules framework consultation paper. The paper explored a number of framework development issues that need to be resolved to accommodate the Consumer Data Right in the energy sector. We sought submissions on our proposed approach to addressing these issues in the rules. The feedback received can be found below.
