The Australian Consumer Law includes uniform national product safety laws. These laws apply to all businesses in the supply chain, including but not limited to manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and hirers. This module tells you what to do if you discover that a product you're selling is dangerous. It also tells you how to find out if products you sell have been recalled, banned or are subject to a mandatory standard.
