The ACCC maintains this Privacy Impact Assessment Register in accordance with section 15 of the Australian Government Agencies Privacy Code (the Privacy Code). Under the Privacy Code, agencies must conduct an assessment for all high privacy risk projects.
The Privacy Impact Assessment Register sets out the assessments the ACCC has completed since 1 July 2018.
The Privacy Impact Assessment register will be updated as new assessments are completed.
