Our 31st weekly report provides the latest petrol and diesel price movements after the conflict in the Middle East began in late February. Over the last week, average retail petrol prices slightly increased and retail diesel prices slightly decreased in capital cities and across regional locations. This broadly reflected trends in international fuel benchmark prices.
About the weekly update
We're giving weekly updates on fuel price monitoring during the current Middle Eastern conflict. This includes the latest movements in crude oil prices, international refined fuel benchmarks, and domestic wholesale and retail fuel prices in Australia’s capital cities and more than 190 regional locations.
