The purpose of this guide is to provide a short, simplified summary of the core elements of the Part IIIA access disputes arbitration process. It replaces the “Arbitrations: a guide to resolution of access disputes under Part IIIA of the Act” and the “Arbitrations: a guide to resolution of access disputes under Part IIIA of the Act – a summary guide” (2006).
