Guidelines on ACCC approach to court enforceable undertakings

These guidelines provide an overview of the ACCC’s current approach to negotiating, accepting, and administering undertakings under section 87B of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) in connection with its enforcement activities. The guidelines include a template text for a section 87B undertaking.

Undertakings relating to mergers are covered by the Merger guidelines 2008.
