Guidelines for excluding confidential information from the public register for authorisation and notification

The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) allows for applicants, notifying parties and interested parties providing information about authorisation applications or notifications to ask that the information, or parts of it, be excluded from the relevant public register.
