Guidance on the franchising model disclosure document

This guide outlines the recommended format for a franchisor’s disclosure document and includes tips to help franchisors comply with their disclosure obligations under the Franchising Code of Conduct.

Note: the franchising model disclosure document does not contain information on amendments to the code for new vehicle dealership agreements. The amendments were introduced on 1 June 2020 and can be accessed at the Federal Register of Legislation.
