The objective of the ACCC and AER Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2021-2025 is to acknowledge and respect the individual diversity of employees, and create an environment where every member of the ACCC and AER feels empowered to fully contribute their skills.

The strategy incorporates the ACCC and AER Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Disability Action Plan (DAP).
