The ACCC has published a consultation paper on the development of a record keeping rule for non-NBN superfast broadband providers regarding service quality and network performance. The new record keeping rule would establish a data series to provide greater transparency on how non-NBN broadband networks are performing for consumers and retail service providers.

The consultation paper is available on the ACCC website at: Superfast broadband service quality and network performance record keeping rules.

The ACCC welcomes submissions from stakeholders to this consultation paper by 5 pm AEDT on Friday 13 December 2024.
