On 21 November 2024, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted authorisation to ResiLoop Limited to establish and operate a voluntary, industry-led product stewardship scheme that collects and recycles resilient flooring waste.
The ACCC has granted authorisation for a period of 6 years, until 13 December 2030, as sought.
