Stakeholder forum, supplementary submissions & commissioned research

The ACCC is conducting a market study of the new car retailing industry. The study has focused on competition and consumer issues that may be present or emerging in the industry.

The stakeholder forum was held on 13 December 2016, and supplementary submissions were received between December 2016 to May 2017. The ACCC also commissioned research to inform its analysis, which the ACCC received between May and July 2017.
