The ACCC is conducting a market study of the new car retailing industry. The study has focused on competition and consumer issues that may be present or emerging in the industry.

The ACCC welcomes your views about the draft report, either as a written submission or by lodging a written comment.
We do not expect that all interested parties will address every finding and recommendation raised, but rather, that they will address those which relate to their areas of concern.
Responses should be provided by COB Thursday 7 September 2017 via the ACCC’s consultation hub.
To facilitate an informed and open consultation, the ACCC will treat all submissions and comments as public and publish them on the ACCC website.
