On 2 October 2018, the ACCC released an issues paper for its inquiry into foreign currency conversion services.
The ACCC is seeking feedback on a range of issues, including:
- the nature and extent of competition, and
- how prices are communicated to customers.
Feedback and submissions
The ACCC welcomes views and experiences from a variety of stakeholders, including consumers, consumer advocacy groups, small businesses, and suppliers of foreign currency conversion services.
Written feedback can be sent to email@example.com, with submissions due by 5 pm on 22 October 2018.
Alternatively, consumers and small business have the option of responding to a brief questionnaire.
