The 2020 Ruby Hutchison Memorial Lecture will be hosted by the ACCC and CHOICE on the evening of Tuesday 17 March 2020 at Doltone House (Hyde Park), 181 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
CHOICE and the ACCC are pleased to announce that Mr Julian Morrow will be delivering the 2020 Ruby Lecture.
Julian is the co-founder of satirical media empire The Chaser and company Giant Dwarf, and has made many TV shows including The Election Chaser, CNNNN and The Chaser’s War on Everything.
Julian notes his extensive experience in consumer affairs ‘as an infuriated consumer placed on hold by many service providers but also as a writer, presenter and Executive Producer of The Checkout’.
Due to concerns about the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and in the interest of the continued health and safety of our stakeholders and our people, this event has been postponed. We are working closely with Julian Morrow and CHOICE to identify a suitable time to reschedule the lecture and will update this page once this has been confirmed.
