Coinciding with World Consumer Rights Day, consumer advocates from across Australia gathered to discuss important issues impacting consumers in a world of continuing market evolution. The day featured topical sessions on the power of algorithms to manipulate data, the Consumer Internet of Things, challenges facing consumers with retirement housing choices and a thought provoking debate and discussion on the real benefits of competition.
