About the National Consumer Congress
The National Consumer Congress is an annual conference that brings together consumer groups, community organisations, government and other experts to explore the key issues facing Australian consumers.
Friday 27 June 2025, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm AEST.
A hybrid event with both in-person and virtual attendance, held at:
Zinc at Fed Square, Corner Princes Walk and Russell Street Exit, Melbourne, VIC 3000

The theme for this year's event: Who can we trust? Regulating in an environment of declining consumer trust.

Online attendance
The virtual component of the event is not capped in the same way as our traditional face-to-face event. This will allow a larger number of participants from consumer and community sector organisations.
This event is invitation only and only registered attendees will be sent links for the live stream.
ACCC and AER staff will be able to use the link available on the intranet.
